Meet Tiffany

Hello, I am Tiffany Lester, your energy alchemist.  I am an alchemist because I support you in turning fear into love and self doubt into empowerment.  Through energetic wellness tools and the practice of Reiki - I support you in transmuting into the best version of yourself.   

I'm a Reiki Master Teacher (RMT), Master Social Worker (MSW), Certified Life Coach (CLC) and a proud parent.  After 15 years as a professional social worker in the field of Mental Health,  Child Welfare and Hospice, I made the shift to a path of purpose work.  I have been practicing Reiki since March 2013 and received my Reiki Master Certification in 2016.  Since that time, I have been providing wellness services, Empowerment Coaching and Reiki classes.  In 2023, I expanded my practice to offer larger classes in the RVA community and this year incorporated Master Level Reiki Retreats.   I teach Usui Holy Fire Reiki and the curriculum my students are engage in works toward heightening one's intuition, healing and psychic abilities.  A benefit of working with me is the ongoing engagement in a thriving community of Reiki practitioners.

Several of my master level students and I  have combined efforts and founded  the Nu Wave Reiki Collective.   We intentionally normalize energy work and bring  the community access to this transformational healing art!    We work to cultivate access to energetic experiences and offer a supportive community of Reiki  practitioners!   I look forward to adding you to the amplified web of light!  Stay tuned as we open up the opportunity to membership in
